Privacy policy
Newton Functions (“we”, “us”), 7 Patterson Street, Newton-le-Willows, WA12 9PZ, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at [email protected] with any privacy questions.
What we collect
- Ticket bookings: your name, email, phone number, the tickets you book and any notes you add.
- Enquiries and messages: the details you enter in our function enquiry or contact forms.
- Payments: handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details; PayPal shares the payment status and a transaction reference with us.
How we use it
To process and manage your booking, send your tickets, run the event's guest list, respond to your enquiry, and contact you about changes to an event you've booked. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract and, for enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to you. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Enquiries that don't result in a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep your booking secure while you check out. Google Maps and PayPal may set their own cookies when their content loads.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Ticket terms
- Tickets are confirmed once payment is complete. Your booking reference is your ticket — please have it ready on arrival.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us, in which case you'll be offered a full refund.
- Prices include any booking fee shown on the event page.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Where alcohol is served, Challenge 25 applies and staff may refuse service at their discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner, without refund.
- Event details, timings and entertainment may change; we'll let you know of any significant change by email.
